Childhood Neglect is a priority for Oldham Safeguarding Children Partnership.

This course will identify various ways children may be neglected and how neglect affects a child’s all-round development. It will explore how to recognize children who are suffering, or who are at risk of suffering neglect, identify family and environmental factors that may contribute to neglect, and gain an overview of the local picture.
